crap. Surfing the web will make you think it'll take you
11 hours and 32 minutes to achieve your every dream of success,
fame, fortune and a perfect tan in Hollywood. And you'll have a bigger
schlong, too. Many books, seminars and web sites have made it seem easy to
succeed in Hollywood that I thought it refreshing -- and necessary-- to present the truth.

aspect of the business and "Joe's Advice" on dealing with the
situation. The term "blurp" comes from a
screenwriting pal who died before realizing his dream of selling a script.
Want some reality? Attend a funeral of someone who perished before seeing
his dream come true. Geeez.
